Will has been in the stormwater industry since 2016, when he founded Grassy Creek- a licensed General Contractor firm specializing in the inspection and maintenance of stormwater infrastructure.  In August 2024 Will joined the Dragonfly family when his company was acquired. Over the years Will has consulted clients everywhere from New York to Alabama.  He is a licensed project manager, contractor, and stormwater inspector in five states.  

Prior to joining the environmental industry, Will spent a combined 25 years in public safety- spending 10 years as a firefighter and 15 years in law enforcement.  His passion for helping others solve problems has proven an excellent fit in the private sector.  He remains grateful for the opportunity to help clients navigate the complex world of environmental regulation.
