Trent brings a diverse background in agriculture and environmental science to his role as Operations Manager - Corrective at Dragonfly Pond Works. With hands-on experience in equipment operation, managing invasive species, and understanding nutrient cycles, Trent is a problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.

A graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and minors in Biology and Geology, Trent also holds certifications in Stormwater SCM & Maintenance and Confined Space Safety. Before joining Dragonfly over two years ago, Trent worked as an Environmental Health Specialist, focusing on septic and well permitting.

Trent chose a career in stormwater management to help improve downstream water quality—an effort he finds personally rewarding as an outdoor enthusiast. He’s passionate about passing his knowledge and skills to his crews. In his role, Trent appreciates the opportunity to  ensure both recreational users and ecosystems benefit from healthier waterways.
