Jonathan brings hands-on experience and a deep appreciation for the outdoors to his role as Operations Branch Manager for Turf & Mowing at Dragonfly Pond Works. Growing up on land, he spent much of his time outside, digging, building, and exploring—developing a lifelong passion for working with the environment.

Jonathan began his journey at Dragonfly as an equipment operator and quickly advanced to crew lead, where he successfully managed projects for two years. Seizing the opportunity to grow further, he stepped into the role of Mowing & Turf Manager, where he now leads with a commitment to fostering a strong, family-oriented team culture.
