Jimmy Ramirez brings nearly a decade of experience in stormwater maintenance to his role as Operations Manager for Dragonfly Pond Works in the Atlanta area. Before entering the stormwater industry in 2016, he worked as a welder, but once introduced to stormwater management, he quickly developed a passion for the field. He takes pride in transforming neglected ponds into healthy, beautiful stormwater systems and has also worked extensively on the repair side of the industry.

Certified in Confined Spaces, Stormwater SCM Inspection & Maintenance (NC State University), and as a Level IB Certified Inspector through the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission, Jimmy is committed to protecting watersheds and ensuring clean water for communities.

Jimmy believes that great results come from strong teamwork and dedicated leadership. He enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and leading his team to success.
