From a very young age, Hector was interested in protecting our environment. He loves that he has the opportunity to make a direct environmental impact with Dragonfly. Hector has gained valuable knowledge and skills while working in the environmental industry over the last 5+ years.

Hector’s experience with Dragonfly includes Mowing, Inspection & Repairs, Corrective Division, Crew Leader, Regional Manager, and now Operations Manager. He prioritizes expanding his scope of knowledge and skills through direct experience and continuing education. He holds a Stormwater SCM Inspection & Maintenance Certification, Underground System Certification, and OSHA Certification.

Hector expresses goals within his role include expanding his Project Management knowledge and gaining a strategic understanding of company goals and implementing relevant initiatives to those goals.
