Donald brings over 13 years of experience in law enforcement, including a decade in leadership roles, to his position as Operations Manager - Corrective at Dragonfly Pond Works. His career path also includes a foundation in turf management and heavy equipment maintenance, equipping him with both technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

Donald holds an Associate’s degree in Public Safety Administration from Cape Fear Community College, a public safety certificate, and certifications in NC SCM Inspection and Maintenance and OSHA Confined Spaces training. These qualifications, paired with his extensive background, position him to excel in managing the complexities of corrective operations.

Joining Dragonfly in 2024, Donald combines his passion for conservation with his professional expertise. He is dedicated to supporting his corrective crews in their day-to-day operations and aims to help them plan and execute tasks effectively, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions to maintain the high standards of performance and safety that Dragonfly upholds. Outside of work, Donald enjoys being on the water and experiencing the beauty of wildlife. He is proud to contribute to preserving the beauty and serenity of our ecosystems, ensuring that future generations can continue to enjoy and benefit from it.
