As a Client Service Manager in the Triangle, Dominic brings to Dragonfly a strong background in environmental conservation and has been in the industry for 4+ years. He holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from UNCC, which has given him a unique perspective on problem-solving. Dominic is also a Licensed Pesticide user and holds several certifications in Stormwater, Confined Spaces, CPR First Aid, and AirMax Fountains/Aerators.

 Dominic began his career by volunteering and working for the American Conservation Experience, where he did trail work and historical preservation. This experience sparked his passion for environmental conservation, and he has been committed to the industry ever since. Dominic was drawn to Dragonfly Pond Works because of its reputation and positive culture. He started with Dragonfly as a Maintenance Field Tech gaining valuable experience providing customized solutions to best meet client needs.

 Dominic is passionate about having a positive impact on the environment and wildlife and being able to see the tangible results of his work. Dominic works with his clients to provide industry-leading stormwater management services that keep their stormwater devices healthy and compliant.
