With nearly 30 years in the green industry and over a decade specializing in stormwater management, Chris Conner brings a wealth of experience to Dragonfly Pond Works. As a NC Stormwater Inspector and a Virginia Dual Inspector in Stormwater & Erosion Sediment Control, he is well-versed in regulatory compliance and best practices for maintaining healthy water systems. Chris is also an Otterbine fountain factory-trained and certified technician and a Virginia Registered Technician for Pesticide Applications, further expanding his expertise in aquatic management.

Passionate about environmental stewardship, Chris thrives in the outdoors and is dedicated to protecting and improving stormwater systems. In his role, he focuses on building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service. Whether helping clients navigate compliance or enhancing water quality, Chris is a trusted resource for stormwater solutions in Virginia Beach and beyond.
