With 15 years of experience in lake and wetland management and construction, Adrian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Dragonfly Pond Works. As the Operations Branch Manager for Florida, he is dedicated to establishing Dragonfly Pond Works as the industry leader in Florida stormwater management.

Adrian’s passion for the environment and working around water led him to this career, where he finds great satisfaction in seeing the lasting impact of well-maintained, sustainable ecosystems. His extensive certifications—including NEC Certified Electrician, Master Diver, Safe Boater Certification, and CPR/First Responder—highlight his commitment to both safety and technical excellence in the field.

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys spending time outdoors with his kids, fishing, scuba diving, and embracing all that Florida’s waterways have to offer. His leadership and vision continue to shape Dragonfly Pond Works’ expansion in the region, ensuring expert, customized stormwater solutions for communities across Florida.
