“My goal as CSM is to have the Charlotte branch continuously grow and to help the residents of the Charlotte area have fully functioning, beautiful stormwater devices that also improve the environment and the habitats for the local wildlife.”

Stephen has been in the Stormwater and Environmental Industry since 2013. He began his stormwater career immediately after graduating from Liberty University with an Environmental Science degree. Prior to coming to Dragonfly, Stephen spent four years with the National Park Service leading a team of scientists that specialized in invasive plant control and endangered plant protection. Part of this work included planting and overseeing the planting of more than 1 million native plants in the Southeast.

Stephen’s stormwater background also includes time as a field crew member, crew leader, and superintendent running several crews. Stephen chose an Environmental Science career to be able to work with nature and help improve the world we live in. Animals and plants have always been a passion of his, and he expresses gratitude to be able to continue to improve habitats through his work with Dragonfly.

As a local Charlotte native, Stephen is happy to be back in his hometown pursing his dedication to habitat improvement through providing his clients with industry-leading solutions.
