Mike is a seasoned Corrective Repair Manager with over a decade of experience in the industry. His passion for construction began at a young age when he started working with his father on various construction and demolition projects. Over the years, Mike has gained extensive knowledge of construction operations and heavy machinery.

After spending 10 years with a road construction and rehabilitation company, Mike joined Dragonfly Pond Work’s Corrective Division, working in the field on some of Dragonfly’s larger projects. Since then, he has been an integral part of the team, leveraging his experience and expertise to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Mike holds several certifications, including Trenching and Excavations Certification, OSHA 10, SCM Inspection and Maintenance Certification.

Mike takes pride in his work and is committed to providing the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders involved in Dragonfly’s Corrective Repair projects. He is excited about the growth prospects of Dragonfly and is eager to contribute his expertise to the company's continued success.
