Michael’s love for operating equipment and heavy machinery started at a young age while growing up on his family’s farm. He also gained valuable experience constructing several ponds on the family farm. The knowledge and skills he gained led him to pursue a career in environmental construction, and now specifically stormwater construction.

Prior to coming to Dragonfly, Michael operated heavy machinery for an underground company and worked for a well drilling company for 13 years. He started in the field with Dragonfly in July 2020 as part of the Corrective Division. Michael’s extensive knowledge, experience, and strong work ethic resulted in his promotion to Crew Leader and now Regional Manager.

Michael expresses that Dragonfly has provided him with a great opportunity to expand his skills and grow within the company. He enjoys working with his crews out in the field and relays that Team Dragonfly feels like a family.
