While majoring in Organizational Management at the University of Georgia, Lisa gained exposure to the people and compliance side of business and found her passion in Human Resources. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has since obtained her Professional in Human Resources Certification.

Lisa’s career as a Human Resources professional has spanned 15+ years thus far. Prior to coming to Dragonfly, Lisa spent 12 years with a firm specializing in water resource management. This experience, combined with her work with the City of Burlington, Vermont and the Center for Community Self Help, led Lisa to value the importance of socially responsible businesses that focus on sustainability with an emphasis on the employee environment. Dragonfly Pond works was a natural next step for Lisa as it operates within her passions and values.

Lisa’s extensive experience, knowledge, and environmentally conscious beliefs make her uniquely qualified to be Dragonfly’s Human Resources Director. Lisa utilizes her distinctive skill set to ensure the Dragonfly Pond Works’ employee experience is one of a kind.
