Josh has been in the stormwater industry since 2013. He was drawn to the industry due to his passion for water activities, including family trips to rivers, lakes, and oceans. Following his graduation from Appalachian State University with a BA in Appropriate Technology, the study of sustainable living and renewable energy, Josh began working as a manager of stormwater maintenance crews in the Midwest. Josh was promoted to Director after three years of field experience. As Director, he was responsible for overseeing repairs and maintenance operations in the Kentucky and Tennessee region.

Josh brings a wealth of expertise to Dragonfly and the role of Director of Corporate Accounts. In addition to his field and operational experience, Josh holds certifications in NC Stormwater SCM Inspection & Maintenance, TN Stormwater Control Measures Inspection & Maintenance, Tennessee Erosion Prevention & Sediment Control-Level 1, and is an Alabama Qualified Credentialed Inspector.
