Brad is Dragonfly’s Regional Mowing & Turf Manager in the Triangle. With two decades in the green industry, Brad's expertise spans residential and commercial landscape construction, horticulture, and forestry. His background includes serving as the horticulture supervisor at the Memphis Zoo, managing an onsite greenhouse, and cultivating 5 acres of bamboo for consumption and research. Brad also supervised over 52 miles of roads, bridges, and drainage infrastructure at Duke Forest, supporting outdoor and forest laboratory studies.

Brad holds a degree in Plant Science & Horticulture from Arkansas State University and brings a wealth of knowledge to Dragonfly Pond Works. His diverse experience, from laborer to project manager in landscape construction, uniquely positions him to lead Dragonfly’s Stormwater Mowing & Turf crews.

Passionate about working outdoors and applying critical thinking skills to environmental improvements, Brad chose this career path to contribute to the local and downstream environment.
