As Chief Financial Officer, Austin brings a diverse background in finance and strategic business development to the Dragonfly Team. Austin's experience includes several roles focused on M&A, financial analysis, and strategy. In addition to his private sector work, Austin served as an intelligence officer for the Army National Guard, including a deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Austin holds an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business, and a BA in Biology from Clemson University.

Austin was drawn to Dragonfly due to the company’s status as a specialty contractor, which is unique from other companies in the industry. He was attracted to Dragonfly's business model, potential for major continued growth, and the opportunity to work with exceptional leaders with a clear vision for the company.

As a member of the Dragonfly team, Austin is focused on growing the company within current and new markets, and leading strategic and financial planning efforts to ensure continuous improvement. Austin's motivation is his family, which includes his wife and son.
