As Regional Maintenance Manager, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from his extensive background in the environmental industry. Adam joined the Dragonfly family from RPS Environmental, where he oversaw spray and maintenance crews in the field and was responsible for crew route scheduling. Prior to his time with RPS, Adam worked as a contractor in the nuclear field and operated his own landscaping business.

Adam’s daily focus at Dragonfly Pond Works is to support his Wilmington mowing and maintenance crews that service accounts across Southeastern North Carolina. Adam leads his crews to success through sharing his specialized knowledge and expertise. As a Wilmington native, Adam has an in-depth understanding of the local environment and the best strategies for maintaining compliant, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing stormwater systems in the coastal region.

Adam and his wife, Brittany, are both from the Wilmington area. They enjoy raising their two young children and exploring the outdoors as a family. In his spare time, Adam enjoys fishing and is a passionate deer hunter.
