Tom Willson comes to us from the Finger Lakes Region of NY.  He grew up on Seneca Lake where his love of everything water was nurtured: sailing, skiing, fishing, cruising and exploring.  He studied engineering and played rugby at Rochester Institute of Technology.  Tom has business development experience spanning thirty years, primarily in land development and construction but also includes agriculture. His experience is vast and multifaceted, including the assistance in launching startups, taken “mom and pop” companies to the next level and helped grow established small business into multi-million dollar companies.  Currently Tom is facilitating our expansion in Florida.

When Tom isn’t working he spends his leisure time parenting and teaching youth.  Tom and his wife Stephanie have five adult children, one grandchild and are foster parents for five children who will be returning to their biological parents soon – the transition is bittersweet.  He hopes to someday spend more time  fishing, camping, collecting more antiques, riding one of his many bicycles or sitting by a lake and looking at the sky as a dragonfly goes by.
